In the book of Hebrews in chapter 11 we hear about the men of old and their faith. It is always inspiring and I have always loved reading the stories. I always believed what God did for them He would also do for me. Sometimes you feel like you are standing alone in your faith, but so did they. As I waited for my prayers to be answered and hoped for many things in my life sometimes it was very hard. I wondered how did Abraham feel through all those years? How did Joseph feel? How did Moses feel? I think they had feelings and emotions just like me. I think there were probably days that were just not good days. I like that they continued to believe God would be faithful to His promise to them. They pursued and didn't allow the waiting to hinder their hope. Sometimes when I seemed to not have any hope left in me the Holy Spirit would encourage me, comfort me. No one else was around, but the WORD that was in my heart would rise up and strengthen me to believe more. When all you can utter is..."I believe." This scripture from the Clarence Jordan paraphrase always helped me where ever I was in life. Living by the Unseen.
"Holding fast to their life by the Unseen, these all died without experiencing the final outcome. But they did see it from a distance and cheered for it. They frankly admitted that they themselves were aliens and transients in society. (People who talk in this way are actually referring to the fact that they have their heart set on a land they can call “home.” If they were really attached to their birthplace, they would have plenty of chances to return to it. But as it is, they are yearning for a better land – that is, a spiritual one.) Therefore God was not embarrassed to have them call him God. In fact, he had a community all ready for them." Hebrews 11:13 Clarence Jordan
Living by the Unseen may not be easy. Not everyone understands. No one knows your heart, but the Lord. And there are always "well-meaning" people, (even Christians) who have their opinion. But as one said, I've been criticized by experts! So as hard as it may seem, you just can't let those words hinder you. Remember you too are an alien and transient in society and keep your heart set on a place called home. Home is that place where you arrive at what you are believing for. But don't quit when one prayer is answered. God wants to bless you more. He wants to give you your dreams. And we all know there will be more challenges. That yearning for a better land... that spiritual place... just realize that all along God has prepared that place just for you. It is your place, your miracle, your healing, your blessing!! If you can believe... ALL things are possible. So just keep your heart yearning for that place called HOME! Just watch and see all that God wants to do for you.

The Lord is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. The Lord is good to everyone. He showers compassion on all His creation. Psalm 145:8,9
Mercy, compassion, faithfulness and unending love are what the Lord has always been to me. I love Jesus! I love Him for paying a price and shedding His own precious blood on the cross so I could live my life in Christ.
I hope when you come here you will be refreshed by the Word, and blessed as I share my pics, my thoughts and my praises.
I am truly a blessed woman, wife and mother. The Lord Jesus has been so faithful to me. Always! When there were times I thought I wouldn't make it another day the Lord taught me to stand! He turned my sorrows to joys!

Family
My family has always been very important to me. My children are such a blessing... I love them all so much! On August 11, 2007 I married the love of my life, Rick. He is such a wonderful man and all that I prayed for. Now we are building a new life together. My hopes and dreams are here. Life is good!
